煙臺明珠陶瓷科技有限公司成立于2005年，公司立足于我國的高技術陶瓷的科研成果，依靠科技創新，研制并開發了適用于環保、新能源、新材料產業 “三高”（高溫、高壓、高腐蝕）氣、液、固體物料的輸送管路和閥門，利用精細陶瓷的耐高溫、耐磨損、耐腐蝕特性，主要致力于解決電力生產中的脫硫、化工合成領域的耐酸堿、耐磨損，多晶硅冶煉行業依靠酸性液體提純等作業工況環境。 Yantai Mingzhu Porcelain Technology Co., Ltd ( Former Mingzhu Valve Industry Company )( Here after in brief as YMPT ), founded in 2005, is specialized in producing transfer pipelines and valves for gas, liquid and solid material used in environmental protection, new material, and new energy industry of high temperature, high pressure and high corrosion, with China’s advanced technology of porcelain. YMPT’s products are mainly applied in harsh working conditions, such as desulfuration in power generation by burning coal, acid and alkali-resistance，wear resistance in chemistry synthesis, acid liquid refinement in polysilicon smelting industry, etc. 煙臺明珠陶瓷科技有限公司成立以來，不斷追求技術的創新，與國內大院、大所建立了密切的合作關系，煙臺特種陶瓷材料研究室是本單位的技術依托，該研究室現有工作人員42人，其中技術人員26人，高級工程師以上職稱人員12人，博士6人，現從事高技術陶瓷閥門研制開發的人員8人，先后開發了:復相增韌（氧化釔、氧化鋯）穩定的氧化鋯陶瓷球閥、適用于多晶硅行業的無壓燒結碳化硅滑板閥、適用于高腐蝕行業的陶瓷滑板閥等高技術陶瓷閥門產品。 YMPT has been committed to technology innovation since its foundation, and set up close relationship with domestic universities and institutes. Yantai Special Porcelain Material Institute is one of YMPT’s partners, whose working staff is 42, including 26 technicians, 12 advanced engineers, and 6 doctors. So far there are 8 persons specialized in high technology porcelain research and development in it. They have developed many high technology porcelain valve products, such as complex phases toughening (Y2O3, ZrO2 ) steady ZrO2 porcelain valve, non-pressure sintering SiC gate valve in polysilicon industry, and porcelain gate in high corrosion chemistry.
